1. How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to this page - TRACK MY ORDER.


2. How long it will take for my order to arrive? 

  • All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. You can skip the line by option for Priority Processing in the checkout. 

  • For customers within the United States, your order should arrive between 5-15 business days.  It should be in the lower of that range, but it varies depending on your location. 

  • For international customers, your order should arrive between 5-29 business days, depending on location.

 

3. Why does shipping take so long?

Our products are one of a kind and are ​significantly lower priced​ than other competitors.

The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.

4. How do I order on your website?

Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now Button".

Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

5. Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to change your address on file, it is possible if your order has not been processed. Reach out to info@alleviaty.com right away.
